Had the day off today, and what better thing to do on a day off except add more music to the server…. 😉
I still have lots more to send, but I really need to ‘chip away’ at the stone.
Here’s what I added today:
ACDC – 1979-09-01 – Zeppelinfeld, Nurnberg, Germany
Deep Purple – 1988 – Autobahn
Deep Purple – 1994 – Live at St. Gallen Festival

Grand Funk Railroad – 1974-06-02 – LA Forum
Lynyrd Skynyrd – 1977-07-13 – Asbury Park, NJ
Michael Schenker Group – 1980 – Rehearsals
Michael Schenker Group – 1982 – Assault Attack Demos
Michael Schenker Group – 1983 – Wurtzburg
Michael Schenker Group – 1984-01-27 – Nagoya, Japan
Ted Nugent and the Amboy Dukes – 1974-02-09 – Papa Joe’s
Ted Nugent and the Amboy Dukes – 1975-05-03 – Tower Theatre

Whitesnake – 1982 – Saints and Sinners Tour Rehearsals

Whitesnake – 1997 – The Last Farewell
Probably the most notable of the new additions is the July 1977 Recording of Lynyrd Skynyrd at Asbury Park. This is probably the last recording before the horrific plane crash.
Well, I have been busy the last week or two, segregating existing bootlegs on the station, as well as uploading about 10 GB of new ones, totaling about 45GB so far. I also have many more to add. For some reason the ‘NEW’ page doesn’t seem to be working, and I’ll try to resolve that one as soon as possible. For now, you can just do a search on ‘Bootlegs’, and they will all come up. Recently, I have added AC/DC, Scorpions, UFO, Jack Bruce, Heart, Deep Purple, and Rainbow as well as some others, with many more on my laptop that need to be tagged and renamed before sending them. Keep an eye on the Bootlegs, as there is a lot of great music in there! 😉
I know I posted this on Facebook….. Think I’ll post it here, too. It will be a nice followup to I’m Eighteen. 😉 This was recorded about a week ago while I was on vacation using my 2013 Gibson SG over a backing track using a Boss DS-2 Turbo Distortion pedal. No More Mr Nice Guy. Enjoy.
Posted this on Facebook, but wanted to post it here, as well…..
Just finished this one… I have a memory of sitting around with John Rutter (I think) while at Tehran American School figuring this one out. No wonder why I couldn’t remember how to play this and had to relearn it. Seems the song I learn this week, I forget next week, heh. Isn’t that CRS syndrome? Recorded this with my P Bass over a backing track. Thanks to Mark Puklin last week at work for mentioning this song, and reminding me why I ever picked up a bass in the first place. Enjoy!
